1. Spiritual Guidance Only – Akashic Record Readings are intended for spiritual insight and personal reflection. They do not replace professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial adve.

2. Personal Responsibility – You are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and interpretations of the information received during the session. The reader makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

3. Confidentiality – All readings are private and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. No Refunds – Due to the nature of the service, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued once the session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

5. Energy Exchange & Respect – Sessions require an open and respectful space. Any disruptive behavior may result in termination of the reading without a refund.

6. Right to Refuse Service – The reader reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if they feel the session is not in alignment with their practice. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

7. Data Compliance & Privacy – Your personal information, including contact details and session notes (if applicable), will be handled in compliance with data protection laws. Information collected during booking is used solely for scheduling and communication purposes and will not be shared, sold, or used for unsolicited marketing. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

8. Liability Disclaimer – The reader is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this service. By booking a session, you acknowledge that all guidance received is subject to your personal interpretation, and any actions taken as a result are your sole responsibility.
